Ingredients
Chicken Alfredo
| 1 Bag Frozen Broccoli (Approx. 3 Cups) |
| 2 Large Chicken Breast |
| 1 Jar Alfredo Sauce (Approx. 1.75 Cups) |
| 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese |
| 1 Tbsp Salt |
| 1 Tbsp Pepper |
| 1/4 Cup Graded Parmesan Cheese |
Keto Recipe ~ Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a 16 x 9 baking dish, add entire bag (10-12 oz) of frozen broccoli
- Cut chicken breasts in to 1-2 inch pieces and layer on top of the broccoli
- Layer the alfredo sauce on top of the chicken and broccoli. Try to cover as much as you can.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the entire dish
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over entire dish
- Add layer of mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbling
- Remove from oven, and let sit for 5 minutes before serving
- Enjoy!
